June 16
Neurodivergent Pride Day
A day within Pride Month celebrating neurodivergent identities, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences. The day affirms that neurodivergence is part of human diversity, not pathology.
History
Neurodivergent Pride Day emerged from the intersection of disability pride and LGBTQ+ Pride Month in June. Many neurodivergent people identify with both communities, given the high overlap between autism and gender diversity.
